Back from vacation...well sort of

I've been visiting family in WI all last week for vacation (along with my own family plus dog) and we've thoroughly enjoyed ourselves...but alas it is now just me staying here with the two youngest...and dog... awaiting the arrival of my brother's next little baby! I get the tremendous opportunity to be in the delivery room when she arrives and you know I'll be taking newborn photos of her! I couldn't bring my lights with me since our vehicle was so full [of kids & a dog], but we will do what we can with the natural light God gives us. I'll be sure to share!

In the meantime...its back to the grindstone as I "relax" this week and continue to share some of the latest photos from my most recent shoots. Here you'll see more of Holly's pregg shoot - she has since had her baby [she informs me] and I look forward to meeting him when I get back home! I will also be sharing some photos from Dustin's Senior shoot and my most recent wedding after that! Whew! Got a lot to do...so enjoy a few on me till we speak again...

Laura & Nathan's Wedding in the Woods

With the sun set behind a veil of wispy clouds and the trees plush with leaves we enjoyed a gorgeous day in the woods in Mankato, MN for this simple and sweet wedding between Laura and Nathan.

....I wonder how many of the guests found a tick or two on them later that evening as I had. LOL!

Alexis & Brandon get MARRIED!

I recently had the fantastic opportunity to enjoy my first wedding shoot of the season! And what a great couple to start my year out with...ahhh! So sweet, so laid back, so adorable! Having met much of the family already, it was like a mini reunion for me and quite frankly, I felt a little like a part of the family that day too. The weather people were saying rain too, but they got a perfect day without a drop. I think these two are off to a very blessed start! And I sure wish them the best!!

First fat lip. 12 Weeks already. Trying some action sets.

Ok, so I have a lot to share; such as the title states. Our poor 3yr old got his firs fat lip this week by standing under the basketball hoop while engaging in the game with his older sis and dad. So sad, but so cute...had to share.




Had to also share some recent pics of our now 12 week old youngest addition. Time is literally rocketing by and it would seem that I hardly even remember giving birth to this one as lack of sleep and taking care of a toddler and a nursing baby is more than my brain can handle! ha!
